Each of the entry level prefab houses is approximately 90m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with en suite living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a covered patio area. This accommodation project is based on entry-level prefab units but still supplies housing essentials such as kitchen equipment, hot water heater systems and split system air conditioners for each house. This prefabricated buildings project also included the provision of a commercial kitchen as well as the supply and installation of generator sets, fuel tanks, pumps, pool equipment and site machinery.
