EPC Contracting

Prefab Building Solutions works with experienced EPC partners in different regions to offer full EPC services on a turnkey basis.

PBS can offer a range of engineering services either on:

a stand-alone basis at each stage of the project life cycle
Or the facility can be developed on a turnkey basis with PBS collaborating with our EPC partners to deliver the project

Construction Management

We manage the construction development where:

Work packages are developed and are undertaken either by our partner’s in-house construction teams, or sub-contracted to specialists
Contract administration is also done to ensure compliance and that contractual risks are managed
Engineering support during construction that includes technical advice

Quality Management

Prefab Building Solutions ensures all engineering and construction activities are carried out in a controlled manner, and that:

factory acceptance tests are satisfactory e.g.

- Insulation Resistance Test
- Polarity Test
- Correct Circuit Connections Test
- Earth Fault Loop Test
- RCD Test
- Visual Inspection
- Earth inspection test
installation inspections and acceptances are undertaken in accordance with approved quality control plans.

Health and Safety Management

PBS ensures the construction’s compliance with all local health and safety regulations and codes.

Environmental Management

We ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a way that minimizes environmental impact and waste. This can incorporate solar and water reuse into designs to minimize energy usage for the buildings.

Utility Service Installation

Prefab Building Solutions has formed a binding partnership with PACT, a large multinational engineering firm specializing in EPC projects for water treatment, wastewater treatment and water desalination, to provide smart water solutions for all our project’s water requirements.

Furnishings and Fittings

PBS also provides products for the building interiors. As part of our market leading, full design service we also procure and supply all the products you require to decorate and furnish the buildings we provide.
